Company Description

CAMELEON is a reference outlet for branded clothing, shoes and accessories for men, women and children, as well as decorative items. Cameleon has two counters, one in Woluwe and the other in Genval.

While Cameleon is an established company (with a 30-year-old history), it experienced a re-birth end 2020 with a very ‘start up’ mode and the new company partly owned by employees. With that in mind, we are reoganising a new structure to build a ‘dream team’ who actively contribute to the direct success of the company.

Our Cameleon Marketing department is looking for a Marketing Executive. Our team is compromised of the CMO, Head of Marketing and Communication, Graphic Designer and Creative Producer. It’s a relative small team with very complementary skills to animate a vibrant community of 180 000 members. We are searching for someone who can demonstrate a real ‘can do’ attitude, a jack-of-all-trades eager to learn fast in various marketing and digital practices.

Job Description

  • Key owner of 250k+ member database and all it’s transactions: campaigns to nurture and enriching the member database, GDPR compliance and clean up, manage duplicates etc
  • Manage 10K+ a month media space for both member acquisition and traffic generation. Google / Facebook Ads : custom audiences, local campaogns and retargeting in .
  • Creating, maintaining, and monitoring customer lifecycle scenarios in our marketing automation tool (Actito for retail).
  • Data integrity: maintaining several ETL between CRM, ERP, and other tools. Nomenclature ownership.
  • Data reporting: creating BI dashboards and reporting on success metrics.

Qualifications

  • A marketing or business degree
  • About 2-3 years’ experience in a marketing team – bonus points if it is retail
  • Google and Facebook Ads experience and certification
  • Be used to work with segmentation, personas, control groups etc
  • SQL proficiency to extract data from a database
  • Experience with BI - bonus point if it’s Tableau
  • Fluent in French and English is a must – Dutch is a plus
  • Digital savvy, you follow closely the evolution of tools
  • Experience with email marketing and CMS, basics of HTML and CSS
