Video Editor Company looking for a Spirited Head of Engineering

Who are we talking about?

A young but rapidly growing start up that has developed an online video editing software in order to help both businesses and those who are self-employed with creating and implementing professional animations through easy-to-use features.

Who do we need?

Someone who can grow and lead the start up’s engineering team and help develop the technical aspects of the company’s strategy. In other words, someone with an eye for detail who can keep everything on the rails with their technological insights!

Practically:

-Bachelor’s (or Master’s) in IT.

-A deep technical knowledge of PHP, SQL and AWS.

-The skills to lead a team remotely.

-Constructive and objective-oriented mindset.

-7 years of experience in enterprises.

What can you expect?

As Head of Engineering your job will be varied. You will be expected to grow and develop the company’s engineering team in both quality and quantity. Furthermore, you will also be responsible for the implementation of the required procedures to build quality cloud software and managing the company’s technological plans. Finally, it will be your responsibility to supervise the system’s infrastructure and monitor the KPI’s and budgets, as well as oversee the data security and quality assurance.
