You’ll be responsible for:

  • Supporting the Front Office Department by structuring and managing third line customer support (complex files),
  • Embodying the Bridger philosophy by defending and promoting artists direct repertoire through a consistent high-quality level of metadata,
  • Working in close collaboration with the Licensing department, the IT department and Bridger’s tech partners to ensure efficient rights distribution processes,
  • Working in close collaboration with the Front Office Operations to develop and manage the continuous improvement processes of Bridger services,
  • Capturing business operations needs and, in close collaboration with the project manager and the IT department, initiating and participating in new projects as "product owner",
  • Recruiting and managing the talents needed to deliver consistent service excellence.

Technical Competences:

  • Demonstrable experience of 3-5 years as team leader in a similar position
  • Demonstrable experience and/or education in (meta)data management
  • Strong ability to work in an international environment and to manage remotely decentralized teams
  • Strong ability to develop, automate and manage efficiently back-office processes
  • Strong ability to monitor the business activities and to report efficiently to the management, with facts and figures
  • Expertise in copyright and/or neighboring rights management and/or music publishing is a strong plus
  • Expertise in artist and/or label management is a plus
  • Good command of MS Office suite, any other IT skill is a plus
  • Knowledge of French and English (oral and written) is a must. Knowledge of any other language is a plus
