Our client is Europe’s largest independent car dealer.

To support the strong growth of the company they are hiring a Head of Retail.

Your responsibilities will include:

Developing and executing strategic growth plans for the Belgian market, identifying and rolling out new business opportunities.
Analyzing sales performance and productivity, taking actions to achieve financial and strategic goals.
Leading recruitment, hiring, and training of staff to meet the business’s evolving needs.
Establishing and implementing operational policies, standards, and procedures for the Retail department.

Do you have:

A bachelor’s or master’s degree and at least 5 years of experience in people management and business administration.
A background in FMCG, e-commerce, or tech, preferably in an international, fast-paced environment.
Strong commercial acumen, with a proven ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.
A data-driven mindset, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Readiness to work min. 3 days in the Antwerp HQ
Proficiency in English, Dutch, and French, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
