A company active in the Banking sector is currently looking to hire a Head of Transactions Services Sales Nordic Region to join their offices in Brussels.
Thanks to your experience in Banking and in management, you will be the perfect addition to the company and will have an essential role in it.
Your main responsibilities as the new Head of Transactions Services Sales Nordic Region will include:
- Being responsible for managing the team of Brussels based specialists, as well as portfolio of key clients and prospects
- Leading, coaching and motivating the team members to increase cross sell into the various products and countries in the company network
- You will be responsible for the overall sales process and results, which includes assessing customer needs, issuance of proposals, negotiating pricing and following up on the implementation
- You will support your team on different levels including structuring and negotiating large-scale, complex, international cash and trade based solutions
- You will be sharing your client’s feedback and requirements to improve the product offering with Senior Management & Product Management departments
Your profile:
- You have a Master’s degree in Economics or a comparable degree
- You have a relevant experience in sales, preferably in the Nordic region
- You have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the transaction banking industry
- You have a strong knowledge of payments and cash management solutions and a good understanding of trade solutions (trade finance and working capital)
- You are fluent in English, and Dutch or French. Knowledge of a Scandinavian language is a plus
