Your mission
As the Head-Up Display (HUD) Product Manager, you are at the crossroads between R&D and Customer teams. With a start-up / entrepreneurial spirit, you will:
Understand the HUD market evolution and technical requirements
Evaluate emerging technologies potential (bottom-up) and customer needs (top-down) to draft a mid and long-term strategy
Maintain and develop our network of contacts at our OEM, ARG and Tier1s contacts
Determine value in business opportunities and transform them into profitable businesses - build related partnerships including creating new entities when needed.
Coordinate technical developments and marketing initiatives depending on business priorities
Communicate both internally (coordination, reporting, trainings) and externally (promotion, partnerships)
Love your products and solutions and be recognized as the strategy leader in AGC about HUD
Scope is the European Market but regular sync with other regions will be needed

Your Profile
Physics or engineering background
Automotive or closely related industry background – tier 1 experience
Minimum of 5 years professional experience preferably in HUD.
Experience in leading Business Development, for example from a Product Management, Sales or Technical role in the Automotive industry
System engineering and/or display hardware experience
Understanding of electronics solutions for the customer applications (cost drivers, technologies and position on the market)
Business fluency in English is mandatory. Knowledge of any other language (French, German, Dutch, Chinese ...) is a plus
Any certification in Product Management is a plus.
Experience with Glass is a plus, no must.
