You will be the key person to drive a better customer experience, which will indirectly lead to better patient care and outcomes.How You Will ContributeThis role is a non-sales oriented commercial role, focused on providing educational & scientific content, supporting HCP-patient-community, with the purpose to improve the impact of our medicines and vaccines on patients and society.- Focused on providing educational & scientific content to create better customer experience and drive deeper engagement.
- Act as a trusted partner and primary POC supporting HCPs and other key stakeholders
- Support attainment of improved patient outcomes through physician and patient education and services enabled by deep scientific expertise.
- Facilitate the exchange of clinical experiences between HCPs
- Drive deeper engagement on educational & scientific content
- Streamline customer interface by acting as single POC for proactive & seamless (compliant) connection to Pfizer subject matter experts and resources (e.g. Medical Affairs Scientist, Marketing, Access, Public Affairs, SHP…) to bring the right subject matter experts and other Pfizer capabilities in order to address customer needs.
- Knowledgeable of customer preferences for content and channels to orchestrate an ideal customer experience by contributing HSP expertise to help HCPs overcome the barriers to optimal outcomes of patients, connecting them to educational resources on a broad set off topics and through improved coordination and referral mechanisms with internal cross-functional experts.
- Responsible for onboarding customers to new operating model platforms (e.g. Digital Engagement Portal)
- Understand and map stakeholder networks, build and execute an effective omnichannel engagement strategy that will help build the right approach to best support patient health.
- Drive and implement hybrid (in-person and virtual) customer facing activities and communication through variety of ways/channels with a focus on multichannel marketing (aligned with customers’ needs and preferences) and seek for innovative ways to engage with your customers.
- Actively engage in creating awareness and shaping patient access initiatives (Commercial only) and help accelerate patient access through awareness and education addressing external bureaucracy. Where possible/applicable: in close collaboration with Patient Experience Managers.
- Take a short/mid/long-term view of the Category they belong to, aligning with their own Category stakeholders, and across other therapeutic areas where appropriate.
- Start, implement and follow-up specific care pathway optimization and any other partnership projects that have been approved by the Category Lead
- Active member of the XFT bubble to proactively share the customer insights with the internal key stakeholders and to co-shape the customer strategy and tactics.
- Comply and adhere to legal and financial policies, relevant procedures and agreed timelines of the organisation.
- Bachelor degree in Science, Health Science or Business required.
- Fluent in Dutch/French (depending on the region you work in) and good working language in English
- Pharma Industry: 5+ years pharmaceutical or relevant experience with Belgian market
- Open to new or unknown health care professionals and ability to build a customer network
- Strong problem solving, communication, coordination and project management skills across internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong track record in innovation in patient care, care pathways and new treatment solutions
- Creative mindset, finding ways to get stakeholders together, to bind and to collaborate
- Both self-supporting and inclusive (open to share) at the same time
- Highly autonomous working style and ability to lead projects independently
- Entrepreneurial & pioneering mindset, able and willing to explore new areas
- Understands trends in healthcare and pharmaceuticals, digital tools, customer and channel landscape, and competitive dynamics in Belgium
- Embraces innovative thinking and displays willingness to use different channels to optimise the customer experience (omnichannel)
