Job Description

In this exciting role as a healthcare pioneer within our Janssen Neuroscience team, you recognize yourself as self-starter with entrepreneurial insights and scientific profound knowledge. A pioneer that would like to further explore and shape the world of neurology and more specific Multiple Sclerosis together with us.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing local commercial brand strategy and tactics. You will shape and lead the meaningful field-based activities of Janssen with Health Care Professionals, share knowledge of our products and treatment trends for the benefit patients with Multiple Sclerosis.

In this new role you are a trusted advisor and scientific partner for external in internal stakeholders. A Healthcare Pioneer where you pick up medical topics, have commercial conversations or start collaborations to realize improvement in healthcare.

You will be operating from our Janssen offices in Beerse and in a still to be designated regional area in Flanders.



Qualifications


To be considered for this role, please ensure the minimum requirements are evident on your resume.

  • An academic education (commercial, business administration or (bio) medical)
  • Experience in and/or affinity with the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Scientific knowledge and insights preferably in Neurology, specifically Multiple Sclerosis
  • Proficient in Dutch and English
  • Able to work in a team and independently with a focus on open, transparent and collaborative relationships, aligned on common goals
  • Strong influencing skills and able to proactively apply problem-solving strategies
  • Strong focus on customers and patients
