¿¿ Providing our end-users with fast, top-notch support and remote solutions ¿¿ Actively striving to improve user satisfaction ¿ and proposing solutions to prevent future issues ¿¿ Working closely alongside the IT Infrastructure department in Nantes (FR) and our IT-team in Belgium ¿¿ One-off trips to the agency based in Deventer ¿ ¿¿ Maintaining our key communication equipment such as workstations, fixed phones, and mobile phones

Profil

¿¿ A bachelor¿s degree in computer science (option network) or equivalent due to experience ¿¿ Several years of experience in end-user, infrastructure, or network support ¿¿ Thorough knowledge of Windows 10 and OSX, and you¿re no stranger to computer tools ¿¿ Well begun is half done! You¿re motivated, organized, and you can prioritize a wide variety of tasks ¿¿ You¿re a Dutch or French native, and fluent in the other national language ¿¿ As a natural team player, you happily go the extra mile to support your colleagues
