工作内容
As an HR assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR manager by documenting staff changes, performance reports and communications. Your duties include scheduling onboarding tasks, processing payroll updates and managing communications for the HR department.
Roles and responsibilities
- Maintaining accurate records of employee attendance and leaves of absence.
- Assisting the HR manager in policy formulation, hiring and salary administration.
- Performing administrative duties, such as maintaining employee databases.
- Submitting online job postings, shortlisting candidates and scheduling job interviews.
- Coordinating induction and training sessions for new employees.
- Ensuring smooth communication with employees and timely resolutions to their queries.
- Organising training events and Altafit! activities.
- You will report to the Finance, HR and IT Managers.
Qualifications and requirements
- Preferably, an associate degree in HR (bachelor’s degree preferred).
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in an HR role and broad experience with HRrelated subjects. This knowledge will give you a definite head-start, but what’s even more important is a healthy interest in everything to do with HR, learning and personal development.
- A flexible, motivated, eager to learn and positive attitude.
- Strong communication skills, communicating fluently in Dutch and English (oral and written).
- A quick and eager-to-learn approach on how to work with all kinds of administrative systems and tools. You will be able to combine analytical and administrative skills with a flexible problem-solving mindset.
