Assignment Description:

Our HR team is looking for an enthusiastic intern to join us in our efforts to be recognized as the coolest and most fun place to work in Belgium.

The responsibility includes:

You will support the team in activating the Huawei employer brand through different activities:

· Analyze our Employer Branding data;

· Create & implement Employer Branding strategy together with our HR Team;

· Figuring out stories worth telling & developing campaigns for different audiences on our Social Medias (Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram, …);

· Promote our Recruitment ideas;

· Promote the image of Huawei Belgium Research Center;

· Support the team on diverse Recruitment projects.

Required Education:

You are doing a Master in Human Resources, or Marketing, or Social Media, or Business Engineering, or Public Relations;

Excellent knowledge of Dutch or French and English;

At ease with IT and Social Networks;

You have good communication skills (written and spoken);

Confident and pro-active, dynamic personality;

You like working in a team but you can also work autonomously and proactively.

Leuven &/or Gent, hybrid on site
