What does the role involve?

You are responsible for the inflow of sales and non-sales candidates through a sophisticated recruitment communication and optimal mix of recruitment channels. You manage advert responses, do direct searches and pro-actively approach potential candidates from the market via social media. You select candidates via video screening, interviews, testing and assessment centers and follow up the entire process from A to Z. You work closely with the business and with the hiring managers, attend career fairs, streamline campus recruitment and actively work with external partners.

Next to that, you will be responsible for calculating employees’ compensation, updating our internal payroll databases and ensuring timely payments. To be successful in this role, you should have a flair for numbers and be able to handle sensitive information. Lastly you report to the HR Manager

2% of our profits goes to the Hilti Foundation and is used for voluntary projects on education, science and social development.

What you need is:

  • Master’s degree in HR or Business Management
  • A big interest in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition and Payroll
  • A strong ability with internet-based sourcing techniques and practices
  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch with a good command of French and English
  • Ability to formulate professional advice to all levels across the organisation, including senior management
  • An eagerness to learn and keep on developing yourself
  • A well-organised team player who gets things done
  • Proficient in MS Office
