• In line with Corporate Talent acquisition & Employer Brand policy and organization:
- You are responsible for the selection and recruitment process of employees located in the EU region, with a strong focus on our Employer Branding and diversity: you recruit, interview, hire and train new staff.
- You train recruiting managers on the basics of recruitment to ensure compliance with local laws, and professionalize recruitment
- You develop strategies and programs to attract candidates.
- You work closely with managers and HRBPs to provide excellence in sourcing, induction and retention of new talents.
- You are accountable for data accuracy (Adisseo Job Center) and LinkedIn professional module update.
• Together with the local HR colleagues you follow up that the new hire is duly registered in the systems.
• Welcoming our new hires and onboarding them into the company, so they feel immediately “at home”.
• Working closely together with the HR BP’s and leaders to identify the development needs of the employees (short and long term) to build Individual Development Plans. With this information you build and execute the training and development needs, to ensure we strengthen the capacity and quality of our employees.
• You work closely together with HR Corporate to ensure the used process and tools are in line with Adisseo HR processes and policies.
• Having a customer focused mindset, to be able to give the right service to our internal customers.
• You support the HR Business Partner(s) in different projects across the region.
• With your strong communication skills, you keep everyone up to date and in the loop.

• Bachelor degree with 3 - 5 years of experience in HR
• Language skills: Dutch, English and knowledge of French is a plus
• IT skills: MS Office, HRIS, professional networks (eg LinkedIn)
• Hybrid working
• Travel (if requested): 5%
