We have an exciting opportunity for an HR Manager (f/m/d) for our CID Lines office and plant in Ieper reporting to the Head of HR Belgium. As the HR Manager (f/m/d), you will manage the delivery of our HR services and be responsible for partnering with our internal stakeholders, providing them with your expertise and counsel, to help them achieve their people strategy. - Counsel, support and coach employees, line managers and management team at all management levels.
- Be responsible for the implementation of all HR core processes as well as further developing and improving them.
- Have close collaboration with our external payroll provider to ensure that the payroll inputs have correctly been processed.
- Manage the full HR lifecycle, including HR administration (on/offboarding, promotions, lateral moves..), talent management processes (talent assessment, performance management..) and compensation cycle.
- Drive an efficient and effective end-to-end recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Execute effective local Talent initiatives in line with the global Ecolab People Plan to attract, identify, develop and retain the right employees and to maintain a powerful talent pipeline in the Belgian organization.
- Be responsible for employee and labor relations and ensure full compliance with applicable employment legislations.
- Be an active member of the Belgian HR community and take responsibility for Belgian wide projects.
- Demonstrated experience in a Senior HR Generalist role.
- Good knowledge of Belgian Labor Law.
- Fluency in Dutch and English is a must, French is an asset.
- High verbal, written, presentation and facilitation skills.
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels in the organization.
- Well organized, highly autonomous and capable to deal with ambiguity.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Able to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously.
