The opportunity


As a Reward Officer you are an essential element in our Reward team and you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks. You don’t necessarily have prior knowledge of Reward, but you’d like to get a first-hand experience.


Key responsibilities


  • Administrative tasks within our FlexReward system: answering employee questions, forwarding employee requests of various spending options to suppliers, follow-up on problems;
  • Reporting: you will have to use your Excel skills;
  • Helping to deliver data for benchmark exercises;
  • Follow-up of onboarding problems in international system and possibly help with input into payroll system;
  • Follow up and help developing new mobility solutions for employees.


Your profile


  • You have a Bachelor or a Master degree in HR or you have a relevant first experience;
  • You have an excellent level of Dutch and a good level of English and French (spoken and written);
  • You have a good knowledge of MS Office and specifically Excel;
  • Knowledge of payroll system is a plus but can also be learned on the job;
  • You are looking for an administrative job in which you can gain experience in Reward;
  • You are a team player, balanced by a healthy sense of autonomy;
  • You have excellent organization and communication skills;
  • Finally, but definitely not lastly, you are eager to learn.
