UCB is seeking a passionate and driven graduate to jointhe Graduate Development Program (GPD) in HR Operations.The GDP aims to develop the academic knowledge of graduates through alearning and practical journey at UCB,which enables them tomake an impact in the business.

You will have the opportunity to gain experience through an evolving set of assignments & responsibilities, for about 24 months, located in our offices in Braine l’Alleud & Anderlecht, Belgium.

We focus on building a program where a UCB Graduate can work in collaboration with diverse teams inside and outside of the HR Operations function, be exposed to a set of unique formal trainings and access a network of peers inside Talent & Company Reputation and within the Graduate Community.

With this program you will acquire a broad range of professional experience and skills in Human Resources. You will have the chance to start your career in a global corporate environment and shape your professional journey in the pharmaceutical industry. If you are successful, this could lead onto permanent employment at UCB.


You will benefit from working

  • Provide first HR experience in a diverse environment (corporate, production, R&D)
  • Provide experience working in a shared service model
  • Build knowledge on practical application of social law
  • Understand HR policies within a company (the what & the why)
  • Understand how the different employee life cycle processes are organised
  • Gain experience working with different HR technology tools like Success Factors, eBlox, Protime, Darwin, Neocase & with payroll

Interested?

The right person for the program:

  • Is recently graduated from Business Administration or Accountancy, has also academic background in Human Resources or professional experience in the area.
  • Is proficient in English and French, Dutch is an asset.
  • Has basic knowledge of social legislation & good knowledge of excel
