Our client is a leading global provider of information, software, services for professionals, serving customers in more than 180 countries.
For this fastest growing Business Unit with highest performing solutions, they’re currently looking for an HR Project Manager, hybrid role, Mechelen based and/or home-office.
The HR Project Manager is a new key role accountable for offering the best partnership & services to business leaders & employees in Belgium, being the first POC regarding diversified HR Projects, related to (amongst) C&B, payroll process, in close collaboration with different HR stakeholders.
In the role of HR Project Manager, s/he’s the main and first point-of-contact with following responsibilities:
- Coordinate / Align on HR / Payroll / Comp & Ben Matters (salary, fringe benefits, insurance, social docs, ...);
- In doing so also responsible of setting & implementing diversified HR Projects;
- Acting as HR Generalist for projects, linked to payroll C&B;
- Provide people related support& consultation regarding general HR topics, Comm & Ben / Payroll, and be the back-up on payrol matters (if / when necessary);
- working with digital applications / tools, amongst Expert Salary, Primtime, SAP, Workday, ...
- Fully Responsible to develop implement and oversee policies and principles related to HR Projects of employee rewards & benefits;
- Deploy & manage processes with 3rd parties across Belgium;
- Be the successorof N+1;
Your Profile:
- Strong business acumen with 3-5 years of relevant successful HR Project managerialexperience, ideally with Payroll/C&B related topics, in a similar environment or social secretary / Consultancy;
- Understanding of and experience in incentive process / payroll / social legislation, social legal matters, developments & evolutions is very much helpfull:
- Experience with upscaling processes related to HR general topics / Comp & Ben / Payroll, insurance, pension, split payroll, ...;
- Familiar with Digital HR / Payroll Systems / Tools;
- Knowledge of Expert Salary, Workday, SAP or Primetime is a strong asset;
- Ability to analyse (people) data and translate the outcome to valuable and actionable insights which you share and discuss with business / employees;
- Have self-initiative, creativity, perseverance, and flexibility combined with strong execution skills;
- Excellent project management and problem-solving skills with strong delivery focus;
- Ability to lead and influence without direct authority;
- Resilienceand ability to operate in a fast-paced environment juggling multiple priorities;
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy;
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in business, human resources or a related field preferred.
- Fluent in Dutch, French and English;
