Description
  • Develop the ICT security capabilities in line with the SRB ICT Security Framework;
  • Provide ICT Security services requiring specific knowledge in hacking tactics, techniques and procedures;
  • Execute security penetration testing;
  • Help developing the ICT cyber security strategy and controls in order to respond to cyber incidents in a more efficient way;
  • Administer Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) system;
  • Monitor the security logs coming from different sources in order to timely detect possible security incidents or attempts in the SRB IT infrastructure;
  • Design, implement, monitor, audit and maintain IT security baselines (hardening) and policies;
  • Document, evaluate existing solutions and propose risk mitigation solutions to enhance security and reduce risk exposure;
  • Perform tasks related to the implementation of relevant security controls and countermeasures as defined in various SRB documented sources (policies, guidelines, audit recommentations etc.)

  • Provision of security audits of databases

Knowledge and skills:
  • Good knowledge of information systems security
  • Good knowledge of IT security standards
  • Knowledge of security management methodologies and tools
  • Good experience with quality procedures
  • Strong capacity in preparing and writing studies
  • Ability to apply high quality standards
  • Ability to participate in multi-lingual meetings.
  • Capability of working in an international/ multicultural environment

Specific expertise:
  • At least 6 years of professional IT experience in the domain;
  • Broad understanding of network security products and principles, including IPS, firewalls, DNS, and protocols;
  • Proven technical expertise in penetration testing and ethical hacking;
  • Broad experience in IT security monitoring and Incident management;
  • Proven experience in handling security incidents;
  • Broad knowledge of the current cyber threat landscape;
  • Understanding of security issues organisations face including economic espionage and insider threats;
  • Experience in creating security processes and procedures;
  • Experience in performing security audits, risk analysis and security tests;
  • A very good knowledge of English.
