What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and execute key projects, focusing on project management, planning, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Enhance and maintain your knowledge of industrial IT, automation, networks, systems, and data integrity.
  • Provide second-line support for industrial IT issues, apply troubleshooting methodologies, and guide a team of experts in efficient problem resolution.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members, internal customers, and stakeholders using your strong communication skills.
  • Create, implement, and manage lifecycle documentation comprehensively.
  • Ensure GxP compliance by initiating corrective actions and thoroughly documenting changes, serving as a vital link to QA.
  • Collaborate with global departments, translating projects and requirements into actionable local initiatives.
  • Train end users and system administrators, fostering strong partnerships with suppliers.
  • Drive innovation and integrate new technologies into operations.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

  • A bachelor’s degree (or higher) in industrial automation or a related engineering field.
  • Proven experience in a GxP-regulated environment.
  • Deep understanding of Good Automated Manufacturing Practices (GAMP).
  • Familiarity with industrial automation in the pharmaceutical sector is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Previous experience in a large matrix organization is beneficial.
  • Fluency in English is required; Dutch at C1 level is preferred.
  • A collaborative spirit and a service-oriented attitude.
  • Flexibility to work approximately 70% in Ghent and 30% in Beerse.
