Created in 2017, the aim of MyData-TRUST is to support the Life Sciences Industry in Data Protection compliance projects. MyData-TRUST is composed of a multi-disciplinary team including data privacy lawyers, IT, security specialists and pharmaceutical subject matter experts. Our scale-up company is looking for an IT Administrator for the Mons entity (Belgium) to work under a hybrid model (part remote working and part presence in the office).

Mission

The IT Administrator guarantees access to the information system and ensures security. He/She ensures the optimal maintenance of operations and detects any anomalies. The IT administrator can intervene to restore the service or data in case of incidents.

Main tasks

The IT Administrator :

  • Suggests ways to improve the operations of the systems.
  • Apply the IT strategy defined by the Management.
  • Manages and monitors the network and the entire IT fleet including software and hardware.
  • Writes and develops scripts and user guides for different tools, software or any other aspect that requires it.
  • Provides training in Cybersecurity and training underlying any system used by employees.
  • Ensures the proper functioning and security of the IT system.
  • Is the first IT point of contact.
  • Ensures the resolution of IT problems noticed or reported by the users.
  • Keeps his/her knowledge up to date.
  • May be involved in client projects related to IT.

What are we looking for?

The IT Administrator :

  • Masters the operating systems (Mac OS, IOS, Linux, ...) as well as scripting (bash, power shell, python, ...).
  • Masters the administration of Office 365, power apps and power automate.
  • Has skills in pentesting.
  • Has knowledge of networks (communication protocols, cabling, routers, etc.).
  • Masters French and English.
  • Masters the tools and technologies (firewalls, antivirus, cryptography, authentication).
  • Has architectural and functional knowledge of the company’s information system.
  • Is able to travel abroad (France, Romania, UK, USA).
  • Is rigorous, flexible, vigilant, methodical, stress resistant, good communicator, pragmatic, available, self-learner, reactive and likes teamwork.
  • Knowledge of good practices, risk analysis methods, standards and safety procedures (ISO, etc.) is an asset.
  • Knowledge of monitoring is an asset.
  • Previous trainer experience is an asset.
  • Certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, Comptia+, CEH, Jamf, OKTA, …) are an asset.
