IT Manager

We are looking for an IT Manager (permanent position) in the Hainaut Region, Belgium.

Localisation : Hainaut

Remotelessness : Hybrid

Languages : FR & EN

Your Main Tasks would include :

  • Develop strategy as it relates to the organization’s ICT infrastructure (computer and information systems, security, communication systems) in line with the NGK Group strategy.
  • Oversee and manage the ICT operations and supervise systems and ICT staff (partly outsourced)
  • Develop, manage and track the ICT department’s budget
  • Consult senior level stakeholders (customers) across the entire organization to identify business and technology needs and to optimize the use of information technology
  • Ensure smooth delivery and operation of ICT services by monitoring systems performance
  • Create processes and standards for selection, implementation, and support of systems
  • Provide direction, guidance, and training to ICT staff (8, of which for the moment 3 are outsourced)

What is missing in it is the industrial part. It entails both office and industrial automation. I would like for example that the person takes the initiative to research the use of artificial intelligence in the production (read inspection) process.
