The Role

We’re seeking a IT Support Manager to join a globally recognized IT solutions provider. Working onsite at a client’s facility in Aarschot, Belgium, you’ll be responsible for leading the 2nd Line Support team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, optimizing team performance, and overseeing the resolution of complex IT issues. Fluency in English and Flemish is a must for this role.

What You’ll Need

To succeed in this role, the ideal IT Support Manager should bring:

  • Expertise in Office365 Exchange Online administration and Active Directory
  • Knowledge of Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS operating systems
  • Experience with Windows 10/11, Citrix, VPNs, and mobile device management (Intune is a plus!)
  • Fluency in English and Flemish is essential
