Job Summary

• This is a new business from one of our prestigious clients from Pharma industry. Hence, we have to fill this role at the earliest.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Experience in Agile project management
• ICT Skills (software, operating systems, hardware, etc.)-
• SAP, Excel, Microsoft Office
• Consultant is expected to follow and apply project management methodologies, tools and practices.
• Demonstrates competency in project management software and methods.
• Successful experience in people management
• Proven Project Management experience with capability of working independently on multiple projects, and ability to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines.
• Excellent organization skills and ability to operate effectively in a multicultural, matrix organization where the workload requires balancing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
• Establish and maintain cross functional relationships. Develop relationships across organizational boundaries.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server Products and Applications 2008 or higher
• Strong knowledge of HP Hardware Blade and DL servers
• Strong knowledge of Storage and SAN Systems: HP, IBM or Brocade
• Strong knowledge of VMWare 5 or higher
• Good knowledge of Citrix 6.5 or higher
  
  

Hard Skills (the candidate should have a strong technical level in at least 2 of these areas)

• Strong knowledge of Windows Server Products and Applications 2008 or higher
• Strong knowledge of HP Hardware Blade and DL servers
• Strong knowledge of Storage and SAN Systems: HP, IBM or Brocade
• Strong knowledge of VMWare 5 or higher
• Good knowledge of Citrix 6.5 or higher
  
  

Nice To Have Technical Skills.

• Good Knowledge of VB Script and PowerShell
• Good knowledge of MS SQL
• Good knowledge of Network
• Knowledge of IBM TSM is a plus.
• English Language
• Analytical, logical thought process with strong information organization/management skills.
• Effective time management, ability to clearly identify priorities and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, communication skills.
• Dependable self-starter
• Ability to work in a team environment under high pressure situations.
