Located in Lille, Lyon, Nantes, Grenoble, and Brussels, Insitoo Freelances is an entity of Insitoo Group, specialized in Freelances sourcing and supplying.Since 2007, Insitoo Freelances has been a reference in IT thanks to its expertise, transparency, and proximity . We are looking for an Infrastructure and security portfolio manager for our client in Brussels.
Key responsibilities :
– You develop and maintain a prioritized project pipeline, ensuring that resources are allocated appropriately to meet Infra & Security needs
– You collaborate with senior leadership to ensure that the portfolio aligns with the organization’s strategic goals and objectives
– You maintain a holistic and global view of the project portfolio and ensure a recurrent reporting to the top management
– You support project managers to ensure that projects are delivered according to best practices and act as a role model
– You drive continuous improvement in IT portfolio management processes and procedures
Expected skills :
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT portfolio management – Mandatory
– Experience in infrastructure – 10 years – Mandatory
– Experience in IT security – 5 years – Mandatory
– Roadmap definition – Mandatory
– Drafting RFPs and vendor negociation – Important
– Governance improvement – Important
– Experience in leading a team in infrastructure, including infra engineers – Important
– Fluent in English – Mandatory
– Fluent in French or Dutch with proficient level of the other national language – Mandatory
– Proven experience in reporting to C-level – Mandatory
Telework/On-site : 3 days / week onsite working in Brussels
