As an Infrastructure Project Manager, you are responsible for guiding and coordinating a variety of landscape and infrastructure projects. From the initial design concept through to execution, you take full responsibility for the entire process. You oversee the technical and financial aspects and strive for a high-quality end result. You work closely with clients, external partners, and internal colleagues to successfully complete each project.

Mission

  • You analyze project assignments and determine the technical requirements for execution.
  • You develop preliminary designs and oversee the preparation of design and execution files.
  • You closely monitor the work during execution and keep track of timing and budget.
  • You serve as the main point of contact for clients, clients’ representatives, and external partners.
  • You appoint the appropriate external parties for each project and ensure smooth collaboration and proper follow-up.

Profile

  • You hold a master’s degree in construction engineering, architecture, or have equivalent experience.
  • You have at least 5 years of relevant experience in infrastructure projects.
  • You possess strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • You communicate professionally and smoothly with clients, colleagues, and project partners.
  • You speak Dutch and English.
  • You are proactive, hands-on, and enjoy a challenge.
  • You have a good understanding of spatial and civil engineering planning.
  • You are familiar with Standard Specification 250 and the execution modalities of infrastructure works.
