Job Description

What do you do on a daily basis?
  • Maintain relationships with customers via phone and email
  • Enter new orders into the ERP system and oversee entire administration of said orders
  • Advise customers on product and price information
  • Follow up on supply chain processes
  • Support other sales representatives and the marketing department when needed
  • Support Customer Service Department or Reception if needed
  • Identify and report bottlenecks
  • Create management report
  • Report to the Sales Director weekly
Requirements

Who are you?
  • Eager and skilled in building lasting relationships with customers
  • Commercially and technically-minded
  • 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Technical-oriented education
  • Fluent in Dutch, German and English. French is a plus
  • Affinity for or experience with outdoor living
Working conditions

What does the company offer?
  • A salary of 3.000 euros per month
  • Relocation compensation if necessary
  • Option to work from home twice a week
  • 40 hour work week
