Job Purpose

Internal sales responsible for managing enquiries and opportunities from the pool of digitally led partners, driving traffic via e-commerce platforms.

Responsibilities
  • Works on small and online customers under some supervision (from ISE)
  • Identifies high-potential customers as opportunities for development teams
  • Maximise business opportunities through proactive back order management
  • Work collaboratively with Development team (ISE) to maximise new & existing business growth potential
  • Achievement of Revenue, SAM , SAM %, FEM and FEM% goals
  • Achievement of incoming and outgoing telephone standards
  • Adherence to Volume Sales Team Standards
  • Professional handling of reactive inbound telephone calls with a minimum of 3 hours daily talk time
  • Collection of customer data & updating of Marcoms database
  • Conversion of reactive inbound calls to sales
  • Quotations, follow up of quotations & conversion to sales orders
  • Process orders and enquires accurately and efficiently
  • Provide customers with accurate product information, pricing, special offers and promotions
  • Promote and sell the use of e-business service
