Internal Communication Manager

As Internal Communication Manager you are responsible for the development and implementation of the internal communication strategy, tools and programs for Puratos Belgium. You support and train the Puratos teams in Belgium on effective communication skills in order to create Puratos brand ambassadors, to increase employee loyalty and to nurture and maintain the Puratos internal culture.

You will actively help to increase the internal formal and informal collaboration and to facilitate the sharing of knowledge, information, expertise and best pratices.

Close collaboration and alignment with the Group Internal Communications Manager will be key.

Key Accountabilities

• Work out yearly communication plans for Puratos Belgium;
• Support (management) teams (HR, Belgian production sites, business unites…) on the development and implementation of communication plans and actions for targeted populations;
• Coordinate ‘new purpose’ communication & actions for Belgium employees;
• Align, streamline and manage internal communications via different channels: memo’s, mailings, intranet, SharePoint...;
• Coordinate the publication of the Unicorn Magazine in Belgium (several editions a year)
• Support specific initiatives such as yearly kick off, events, quarterly information sessions on the different sites, Belgian Operations leadership summits…;
• Support the employer value proposition and employer branding

Who are we looking for?

• You have asolid experience of minimum 5 yearswithin (internal) communication;
• You arefluent in Dutch, French and English. We have sites in Flanders and Wallonia and have an international audience in our HQ in Groot-Bijgaarden.
• Excellent interpersonalandcommunication skills;
• You have strong organizational skills, priority management and are service minded;
• You are a team player, curious and flexible;
• Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Products: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint; Teams, SharePoint, social media
• Academic background: Master degree in Communication, Human Resources, Psychology, or Social Sciences
