What will be your role?

As Inside Sales for BVI.EU, you will report to the Chief Commercial Officer. You will have the following responsibilities:

  • you are responsible for managing your own customer portfolio
  • You prepare quotations and follow up on them;
  • You monitor all aspects of the order process of the customer;
  • You deal with questions regarding the products via telephone and e-mail;
  • You approach customers proactively;
  • You process all information accurately in CRM, update the files, so that you can help the customers even better;
  • You ensure that the customer is satisfied!

Who are we looking for?

· You have a Bachelor’s degree with first experience in a similar position.

· You have a good knowledge of French

· You are communicative and enjoy good contact with people.

· You are proactive and like to take initiatives.

· You work in a structured manner and are organised.

· You are a real team player, but you can also work autonomously.

· You have a good knowledge of IT software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
