At Codit we believe connecting is everything – and it all starts with hiring talented people. Our people are key to successfully linking our customers and followers to our innovative solutions in data integration, IoT, AI and containerization developed on Microsoft Azure.

As we’re growing fast, we’re looking for a Recruiter trainee to strengthen our HR team. You’ll be the go-to person when it comes to sourcing and selecting candidates for a variety of roles, guarding our company culture during the hiring process and guaranteeing a top-notch applicant experience.


WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • You are constantly on the lookout for talented colleagues and know where to find them. This includes:
    • Sourcing & headhunting
    • First contact with applicants
    • Participation to in-depth HR interviews
    • Feedback management towards candidates
  • Manage our internal ATS
  • You are triggered to look for new sourcing strategies & channels
  • Employer branding: come up with extraordinary ideas, create a great experience for (potential) candidates
  • Collaboration with our awesome colleagues from team Marketing


ABOUT YOU

  • You are obtaining a bachelor’s degree in HR
  • Experience (or are at least familiar) with LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing is your passion
  • Ability to communicate with people at all levels in a professional and mature manner
  • You are a team player but are able to work independently
  • You have a passion for IT and new technologies
