Tomorrowland is looking for talent!

The Operations department is looking for enthusiastic interns: Ticketing & Communication.

Tomorrowland’s Operations team focuses on the operational handling of the festival. Ticketing, Crew, Customer Service, Global Journey and communication are some of its core tasks.

Responsibilities

As Ticketing & Communication support, you will be part of the team that is responsible for the website and mailings of all Tomorrowland related events. You help to convey information in a clear way to visitors. You help with the preparation of all festival signing. Next to communication, you will also support the Ticketing team in preparing ticket sales for all Tomorrowland related events and the Box Office operation.

Must Have Requirements
  • You’re a student in Communication (management)/Event & Project management… or any other relevant field of study.
  • You’re flexible and prepared to work (very) hard – also outside of regular office hours
  • You have good computer skills (especially Microsoft Office Excel)
  • Spelling and grammar are your strengths, and you have a good knowledge of English, any other languages are a surplus
  • You’re a problem solver, you’re strong in time management, you have a sense of responsibility and you can work independently
  • You are available for a period of minimum 12weeks from January/February until June/July 2022
