Job Description

Execute financial services to guarantee quality, efficiency, effectiveness and on time completion of the various tasks and process steps
Assure correctness, on time delivery and sign-off on Inventory& Closing operations
Internal and External reporting conform to local legal requirements
Specific month end activities
Ensure internal & SOX controls are followed in order to guarantee completeness, correctness and security of key financial data and accounting transactions. Follow up on action plans, resulting from audits and/or SOX test results.
Discuss with the General Accounting Team Leader possible improvement, standardization opportunities and execute the agreed upon process changes within your own area, to support a continuous increase in the efficiency of Inventory processes.
Ensure SLA’s commitments are met, to support both Fin Ops COE and local entities in achieving the objectives of the SLA’s.
Participate in projects to support the implementation of process improvements within your area of responsibility.

The Successful Applicant

A first experience within accountancy is a plus!
Your Excel skills are outstanding, as well as your analytical, problem-solving, skills.
Others would describe you as a phenomenal teammate, but you can work pretty well on your own;
Prioritizing and planning your own work is no problem.
You are proficient in English, both written and spoken.
