Hi there! We’re looking for a driven Inventory & Purchasing Officerto complement our growing international team of experts and to manage the inventory in our internal and external warehouses and help us source and buy materials.

So, what exactly will you do?

You manage stock levels and purchase products to support our sales activities, you conduct research, negotiate with vendors, and interview prospective suppliers. You work closely with our finance department and our logistics teams to ensure on time delivery. This means that you will continuously look for improvements in supply chain and purchasing.

You will have an international scope. Many of our suppliers are international companies, so you must be comfortable working in English and Dutch. You will be working with Navision and Excel on a daily basis. You will be part of the Finance & Purchasing team consisting of 4 people. You will report to the Finance & Purchasing Manager.

You can work remote if you want, but we also like to get everyone together 2 - 3 days a week to chat, brainstorm, laugh and kick some ass!

Ideally, you have already had a first experience as a Purchaser and/or Inventory Officer, but this is not necessary. Having a can-do attitude, a pragmatic-analytical mindset and the confidence to negotiate with suppliers and vendors are more important. You like to juggle with numbers in Excel and you’re always looking to improve efficiency in the way things are done.

Ideally, you have already had some experience with Navision, but we can teach you that as well.
