We are looking for an IS Project Manager to join our team in Brussels.

Your mission

  • you are responsible for the comprehensive project management from start-till-finish
  • you are responsible for the business case, project budget and project planning, including change management
  • you are responsible for delivering a qualitative, integrated & innovative solution/project on time and in budget
  • you are responsible for streamlining solutions to ensure business value and effective cost-to-serve
  • you are responsible for adequate and timely reporting throughout the project lifecycle
  • you lead a project team (internal and external)
  • you make agreements with partner organizations & manage partners’ delivery performance
  • you manage project relationships, stakeholders and relations with third parties
  • depending on the scope of projects, portfolio management could become part of the activities in a later stage
  • you report to the CIO

Your profile

  • you have a master or equal through experience
  • you have minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in project management
  • you have experience in project management methodologies, practices and tools
  • you have experience in proven Project Delivery Models (waterfall to agile)
  • you have experience in budgeting, vendor & contract management
  • you are able to act swiftly on changing context in a fast-paced environment
  • you are customer-oriented and result-driven
  • you have good communication and facilitation skills
  • you are trilingual English – French – Dutch
