Analytics Solutions Architect

The Analytics Solutions Architect is responsible for independently delivering analytics focused projects using and enhancing our clients data and analytics capabilities.

This role requires strong technical expertise to design and implement robust analytics solutions, with a focus on data integration, engineering, and storage. The Analytics Solutions Architect will focus on hands-on execution, ensuring compliance with our clients standards, regulatory requirements, and thorough documentation, including GxP validation and platform qualifications.

Responsibilities Must-Have Requirements

  • Lead and independently deliver end-to-end analytics projects, ensuring on-time and high quality results.
  • Define and implement optimal analytics solution architectures tailored to biopharma operational and strategic needs.
  • Work hands-on to complete compliance documentation, including GxP validation and qualification of platforms and use cases.
  • Ensure all deliverables align with the client governance, security standards, and analytics goals.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to enhance analytics capabilities and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate analytics solutions with different applications.
  • Ability to draw Analytics architectures viewpoints (technology, security, IAM, and RACI) for explaining complex use cases.
  • Ability to identify, add and/or refine new functionalities on Technology Platforms
  • Contribute to the definitions of new best practices and standards for different integration technologies.

Requirements

Technological Expertise (Must-Have)

  • Data Integration Technologies: Expertise in Data Integration technologies like (Informatica, SAS DI) for data integration and pipeline development.
  • Data Analytics technologies (Snowflake): Advanced proficiency in Snowflake for cloud based data warehousing and analytics.
  • Microsoft Fabric: Strong working knowledge of Fabric’s Data Integration and Engineering capabilities, focusing on ETL pipelines, data transformation, and scalable engineering workflows.
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering analytics solutions using modern cloud platforms and tools. Expectations and Deliverables
  • Independent Project Delivery: Take full ownership of analytics solution projects, ensuring milestones and deliverables are achieved on schedule.
  • Compliance and Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed compliance documentation, including GxP validation and qualification of analytics platforms and solutions.
  • Hands-On Execution: Actively engage in technical development and execution, ensuring solutions align with business goals and compliance standards.
  • Collaboration: Work with stakeholders to translate business analytics needs into effective technical solutions.
  • Innovation: Implement and promote innovative data integration and engineering solutions to enhance insights and operational efficiency.

Nice-to-Have Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of analytics architecture best practices, including Data Flows, Data Value Chains, and cloud-based analytics platforms.
  • Familiarity with biopharma-specific analytics use cases, such as R&D insights, patient data analytics, and compliance reporting.
  • Ability to manage and deliver in complex, fast-paced project environments with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication skills (English required;) to engage effectively with stakeholders and project teams.
  • Energetic, results-driven, and collaborative approach to achieving project success.
