The IT Domain Managers will be responsible of defining, delivering and supporting all functions within DOMO’s IT Operations domain, as part of DOMO’s Global IT Application roadmap.
DOMO’s global IT Operations suite comprises platforms such as DOMO’s in-house developed production planning & execution platform (“Orbitus”, “Orbitus Web Platform - OWP” & “Enterprise Planning – EP”), market-leading solution such as AspenTech & SAP, and multiple platforms that conform the IT operations suite. In his/her role, the candidate will be responsible for the functional analysis and implementation of all the web-based functions and applications running on top of or together with the rest of IT Operations platforms around Production/Manufacturing.
Responsibilities/Main Assignments:
- Implement DOMO’s vision and strategy within the IT Operations space, around DOMO’s business processes. Translate DOMO’s vision and strategy into an IT Project portfolio.
- Lead DOMO’s IT Operations functional team in the specific domain area, including internal and external members.
- Take existing processes, applications and IT architecture/landscape for relevant domain to the next level, establishing new standards according to market best in class, standardized processes and performance monitoring tools across the organization.
- Ensure the IT Operations roadmap for its domain is delivered in scope, on time, and on budget.
- Act as the key point of contact for the relevant business counterparts, as well as other global and local IT colleagues.
Other Assignments:
- Support other program leads in the delivery of strategic cross-functional programs.
- Support the execution of business initiatives both globally and locally.
Qualifications
- Master degree in Computer Science or relevant field
- 10 years of experience in related domain combined with design, development and implementation of IT Operations platforms
- Experience in the specific domain such as Supply Chain or Manufacturing
