JOB DESCRIPTION

INTRASOFT International, a leading European IT solutions provider, is seeking on behalf of one of the European Institutions based in Brussels, a professional to cover the following opening:

Business Analyst (m/f)

(Business analyst, functional analyst, scrum master, product owner)

You will...

  • Definition and analysis of the business requirements.
  • Guide the team in charge of project activities and review their deliverables.(Manage a team of 6 developers and 1 technical leader)
  • Business model analysis
  • Process analysis
  • Elaborate a technical solution with the technical leader and present it you our business stakeholders. Use of UML and BPMN to discuss the solution
  • writing use cases, write the stories.
  • Organize sprints and the backlogs.
  • Assistance in Vision documents
  • Business processes modelling
  • Functional requirements and business cases analysis
  • Risk analysis
  • Depending on the circumstances, the expert may be requested to provide assistance or support in the resolution of production issues.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

You are...

  • In depth knowledge of information systems matters
  • In depth knowledge of large organization administrative business processes.
  • Good knowledge of project management standards and methodologies.
  • Experienced in business analysis
  • Knowledge of business analysis tools
  • Good knowledge of business process analysis.
  • Good knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture.
  • In depth knowledge of modelling tools
  • Knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile and scrum)
  • Strong capacity in preparing and writing reports
  • Strong capacity to give high level presentations.
  • Ability to apply high quality standards
  • Ability to participate in multi-lingual meetings, excellent communicator.
  • Capability of working in an international/ multicultural environment.
