  As a member of the Arbonia Climate IT division, you oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department to ensure high quality of all IT systems and infrastructure with a focus on availability, resilience and securit
• y.You align IT infrastructure with current and future business requirements and goal
• s.You make sure to oversee and contribute to project management activities on both IT and Business requirements need
• s.You are in charge of evaluating risk, developing network recovery and back
• upYou manage and support IT budgets, IT forecasting and Year to date actuals (OPEX & CAPEX
• ).Acting as a business enabler, you will continuously explore new opportunities and development
• s.You are a Coach and a mentor. You develop the IT staff, to enhance their skills and competencie

  You have a higher degree in Information Technology and/or Computer Science and/or have equivalent experie
• nce.You have a proven track record using ERP systems suchas INFOR ERP LN10.7 (transition to SAP S/4HANA in a later pha
• se).You have a strong knowledgeof MS Dynamics CRM, MS (Power) BI, IT hardware and software infrastructure and LAN/WAN networks, as well as experience with MS365 a
