We’re looking for an experienced IT Operations Engineer. As a member of the IT team you will play a key role by providing our employees the systems, software and IT support to be successful in their role.

• You manage application and system accesses and perform employee IT lifecycle management including on-boarding of new employees, changes to accesses and off-boarding activities
• You provide first and second line IT support to your colleagues and help them onboard with company devices and tools
• You monitor the global internal & external (SaaS/Cloud) systems and infrastructure components
• You manage IT assets and are responsible for provisioning devices via a Mobile Device Management solution
• You support end-user equipment such as laptops and mobile devices, and maintain the global conference technology
• You execute and optimise IT policies and procedures and provide training to application users and managers
• You create and maintain IT documentation related to operations activities.
• You learn about and stay up to date with new technologies and solutions for modern organisations

• You have a Bachelor’s degree in a Computer Science oriented study or an equivalent through proven experience
• You have good communication and training skills
• You have all-round, jack-of-all-trades experience with a desire to work accurately
• You have experience with service desk systems and management
• You know your way around automations and scripting languages
• You have the ability to demonstrate experience with networks, desktop management (combination of MacOS and Microsoft), network infrastructure, telecommunications, SSO, Enterprise Mobility Management Solutions and Cloud application management (f.e. G-suite, Odoo, Atlassian,...)
• You understand the importance of Information Security and how to apply this in an IT environment.
• You have the ability to work flexible, independently as well as in a team
• You have a strong knowledge of English, both spoken and written. You can express yourself in Dutch.
• You have a passion for IT, life and the Smappee product
