Job Summary:

We are urgently seeking a highly skilled IT Operations Manager to lead on-site IT operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong leadership background in IT service delivery, exceptional communication skills, and a proactive, customer-focused mindset.

Key Qualifications:

  • Strong expertise in IT Operations and Team Leadership
  • Strong understanding of support processes and proven team development capabilities
  • Prior experience managing Field Support Engineers and IT Support Engineers
  • Proficiency in Vendor Service Management
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Self-motivated with proactive and independent work style
  • ITIL knowledge or certification is a strong advantage
  • Customer-first mindset with solid interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
  • Competency in Microsoft Office tools
  • Good understanding of IT Infrastructure, Change Management, and basic Network & Server concepts.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Deliver IT operational expertise, aligning with global industry standards (e.g., ITIL) and internal policies
  • Monitor service delivery performance, focusing on enhancing Employee Experience
  • Deeply understand the following aspects:
  • Site: Infrastructure, IT challenges, network layout, and critical business processes
  • Services: Delivery scope, responsible teams, and key contacts
  • Employees: User types, IT needs, and challenges
  • Execute changes and IMACs (Install, Move, Add, Change)
  • Apply a combination of technical knowledge, environment familiarity, and leadership skills to solve a range of IT operational challenges
