Introductie
The IT program Delivery manager will be responsible for the realization of the Core Insurance Renewal program.
The CIR program started in 2016 to replace the legacy non-life insurance application with a new target SaaS solution built by our Dutch partner Keylane. In 2022 and after, we still have a large program roadmap. We still have to set up a lot of new products in the software solution, migrate legacy products to the new software solution, develop new functionalities like insurance packages & collectivities and migrate our IT infrastructure from an on premise solution to a Infrastructure SaaS solution in the Netherlands.
As IT program delivery manager you are responsible to deliver the program roadmap, guard the budget and planning and quality of the deliveries planned in the Quarterly releases. The program delivery manager is the main contact person for the program Director on business-side and our 3th party Keylane who delivers the software package and will provide us a SaaS hosting solution.
In 2022, the program has an IT budget of over 9000 Man days.

Key tasks:
- Realize the program roadmap together with business and IT project leads and the program director in the foreseen budget, scope and with the necessary quality.
- Allign together with program director and our 3th party Keylane on a future roadmap 2023 and later and realize this roadmap together with IT and business project leads and our 3th party.
- Follow-up on the program IT budget in Man days and euros and report on this regularly in the IT management team.
- As program delivery manager, you are responsible for delivering a new software version 4 times a year in production. You prepare go/no go meetings, follow-up on quality together with the test coordinators and coordinate the roll-out together with the project leads during the 4 release weekends.
- Communicate clearly in Dutch, French and English.
- Communicate with Senior executives from the different departments about the program roadmap and progress. Give regular status reports.
- Responsible for the migration of the IT infrastructure from on premise to a SaaS solution. As IT program delivery manager, you are responsible for the contract negotiations with our hosting provider, legal department and infrastructure experts. In 2022, An updated MSA, SLA and OLA should be created and negotiated. Continuity of our applications is a must during this infrastructure migration.
