Our Position

As an IT Project Leader you are responsible for the follow-up of projects within a pre-set timeline, goal scope and budget. Your projects will be dedicated by the Change Manager, and it is your task to guarantee a successful implementation.

To Be Precise, Your Responsibilities Will Be
  • managing the ICT part of business projects or ICT projects that are not out tasked or outsourced;
  • managing of project resources (creating a team, external parties, …);
  • reporting about the status, progress, … to the project sponsor of hierarchy (e.g. business process owner, business sponsor, business project leader).
  • for each project he or she will define (together with the Change Manager) the scope and tasks with the RAID principle in mind;
  • follow up on execution and execute tasks in the project;
  • applying methodology as requested by governance.

In this position you will report to the Change Manager and become the colleague of your enthusiastic fellow project leader!

Our IT department is based in our Headquarters in Leuven. You will be part of an enthusiastic and solution driven team where you will have the chance to contribute to the further growth of the department but also to learn from your colleagues!

Your Profile

As a Project Leader you are a natural communicator, goal oriented and someone who knows how to respect deadlines. You are excellent in building networks and long-term relationships. You have a can-do attitude and an eye for risks and dependencies.

Very important: you are a natural team player and have an ambitious mindset!

Other Skills And Qualifications
  • a master or bachelor’s degree with experience in IT;
  • a first experience in an international context;
  • willingness to travel (15%- EMEA region);
  • preferably a minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar position;
  • project management skills (certificates in project management are a bonus);
  • a hands-on approach, structured and well organized by nature;
  • experience in SAP is a plus.
