Within our IT team, we are looking for a:

IT Project Manager

Do you have subject matter expertise in project management quality and processes?

Do you have passion for quality, assurance and compliance of technology project standards?

Work you’ll do:

In this role, you will drive and insure project compliance to an internal project process and guide, train and assist business users to understand and apply the process by providing services such as:

• Follow up and ensure compliance to the internal project process, standards and procedures
• Assist business and internal users to define what is needed for technology solutions to comply to high privacy, confidentiality and security standards
• Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements for specific projects
• Perform project quality assurance
• Define reporting and alerting requirements
• Own and develop relationship with business partners, working with them to optimize and enhance our integration
  
  

You will be responsible for conducting project management process and quality compliance and assessments, as well as, assisting the business in embedding the necessary controls and standards into their project management processes.

In this role, you will be consulted by and will collaborate with the Belgian Deloitte entities, Deloitte NSE (North South Europe) and multiple stakeholders to provide a centrally managed project management process compliance and assessment service for technologies, processes, and procedures. You will bring a pragmatic approach, as well as a keen understanding of the project management process, to support the timely and accurate provision of the compliance and assessment services.

Our Story

Required:

• You have proven experience with IT project management and SDLC;
• You have experience working with agile, Waterfall, hybrid methods and tools;
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Access, Word, Visio etc.);
• An analytical mindset with problem-solving skills;
• Experience in process design, documentation and maintenance;
• Demonstrated success working with all levels of an organisation
• Ability to work with individuals from different geographies
• Excellent written/verbal communication and listening skills
• Ability to work within a virtual team, where team members are located in different geographies
  
  

Education and experience:

• Educated to degree level in an applicable subject
• 5-8 years IT project management experience
• English fluency required
  
  

Preferred:

• Prince II, PMP or any relevant project management certification
