IT SUPPORT - LEADER IN THE INSURANCE SECTOR - LIEGE - UP TO 45k

For one of my clients based in Liège, I am looking for an IT Support with 5 years of experience.

By joining them, you will have a lot of professional opportunities within an international environment. You will the possibility to develop your IT skills and to grow within the company !

You will directly report to the IT Manager, your ideas will be taken into account so you will have a real impact on the IT department!

Easily located in Liège, you will avoid traffic jams and you will have a good balancebetween your private and professional life.

IT Support, THE JOB:

As a member of the Infrastructure:
  • You will contribute to process improvement projects.
  • You will oversee incidents of your customers and will find the best solutions.
  • You will provide support to other departments.
  • You will locate the source of the issue to help the users and rapidly find a solution.
  • You will assist the IT Manager to implement of new process.
IT Support, THE PROFILE:
  • 5 years of experience in Support.
  • Fluency in English and French.
  • Strong knowledge in Microsoft Azure, Active Directory and Office 365.
  • Ability to interact with technical and non-technical users at different level.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as a team member and independently.
