As a Support Engineer you help our employees in the field of IT and digital technology. You register incidents from end users when you are on-site and handle the incidents registered by our catch & dispatch partner. You look for solutions for the end user and communicate about this transparently. If necessary,you go on site, also to branches, to handle (business critical) incidents. Where necessary, you work closely with our IT partners to solve problems in the 3rd line. Basic IT knowledge is sufficient for this project. The candidate must be willing to travel around the country and visit branches. A lot of project work is planned that will have to be carried out on site. 1 day per week permanence in Bilzen.
