IT Support Engineer | Logistics - Tasks:


  • Troubleshoot software, hardware, and network-related issues.
  • Provide technical assistance and guidance to users.
  • Install and configure software and hardware systems.
  • Monitorandmaintain computer systems and networks.
  • Evaluate and resolve problems in a timely manner and document technical support processes and procedures.

Profiles


IT Support Engineer | Logistics - Profile:

  • You are fluent in Dutch/French and English.
  • You have completed an IT-related degree or have relevant experience as a support engineer.
  • You have excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • You are able to work under pressure and in a team environment.
