For a company specialised in logistics situated in Grimbergen, I’m searching for an IT Support Specialistwith knowledge of SQLand Oracle BI. Together with the support team you’ll deliver support for the Sales & Marketingdepartment accross the Benelux.

As part of your tasks, you’ll have to:

  • Serve as SPOCfor different international teams and the IT department for Benelux Sales & Marketing.
  • Adviseand assistthe Sales & Marketing team.
  • Develop, maintainand improvethe various data interfaces, as well as Benelux Information Systems.
  • Report issues to the appropriate instances and ensure the follow-up of these issues.
  • Testbefore every new CRMrelease in Benelux and provide the testing feedback to the appropriate instances
  • Create or improve or maintain requests and dashboards on Oracle Business Intelligenceand other reporting systems.
  • Provide trainingto the users for all maintained and supported systems.

It’s a plus if you can apply the following skills to yourself:

  • Knowledge of MS-ACCESS, SQLServer, Oracle BI(OBI), Data Warehousing, data processing programs
    • Experience with CRM systems is a plus, e.g. Siebel
  • Programming knowledge : SSIS, Transact SQL, SQL SERVER 2005 Enterprise Manager, VBa
  • Good understanding of French, Dutch & English
  • Analytical mindset, flexible and a teamplayer
