IT Trainer

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for aIT Trainerin Brussels

Your main duties will be:

• Set up of the training program
• Provision of training to users with varying IT skills
• Pro-active role in designing and organizing training and creating content to support users
• Writing of documentation about the IT applications
• Planning and execution of the training sessions in English and French
• Publication of the training program, schedules and supporting material in the Intranet Knowledge transfer

JOB REQUIREMENTS

If you have

• Bachelor/Master Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Ability to grasp context, analytical mind
• Ability to work efficiently in a team
• Curiosity and proactiveness
• Courage to challenge
• A tendency for continuous learning and personal improvement
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Didactic and teaching skills
• Proven experience in IT Training like Oracle, SAP, MS office tools, ...
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Capability to write clear and structured documents in English
• Knowledge of wiki, collaborative sites / social networks
• Proven use of Confluence & Jira (Atlassian)
• English fluency (speaking and writing)
• Knowledge of FR would be an asset (speaking and writing)
• Very good presentations, teaching skills and “selling skills”
• Very good understanding organisational and business process dynamics
• Ability to participate in multi-lingual meetings
• Capability of working in an international/multicultural environment

It would also be a plus if you had

• Knowledge of any other tool for creating training, support material and e-learning
• Knowledge of modern multi-media devices for trainings as Adobe Captivate or equivalent, of Adobe Photoshop or Inkscape would be an asset
• Knowledge of SharePoint (Microsoft)
