IT Tribe lead f/m/x

Our IT department is a privileged partner to support the business strategy.
We are looking to hire aIT Tribe Lead for our offices in Brussels and who will work for our BENELUX IT department.
The IT department is facing to an important digital transformation. As IT Tribe lead, you are an Agile Leader, with a strong capacity to interact with Businesses and IT counterparts. Your priority will be to align with the Business and deploy solutions faster, with a high level of IT requirements in term of quality of delivered products and IT Strategy alignment.
The ideal candidate must be a self-starter, like to take on challenges, able to understand and embrace change in a fast-growing organization and ability to inspire the others and generate Commitment.
A previous experience of and moving to Agile is highly preferential.

What is my mission ?

As an IT Tribe lead, I am the counterpart of the Business tribe lead to deliver the expected value by the Tribe. For the tribe, I am the owner of the IT Assets, including IT Services and IT Processes, composing the products. My mission is to ensure the vision is aligned with the IT Strategy, build and Run the applications, in line with Customer needs and IT Standards & norms, IT Security and Cyber risk to enforce the IT risk consideration. I am accountable to the CIO for the reliability, the scalability, and the maintainability of the IT Assets of the tribe.
My Customers are the Customers, partners and Employees of PF. Indeed, it is possible that the users of my IT Assets are not directly the PF end-customers but internal users (like the Advisor in the Branch is using an application in its selling process of a loan in a client meeting).
We are all partners joining forces to deliver Value to the end-customers.

What is expected from me as IT Tribe lead ?

I am responsible for the IT Assets of the Tribe :

  • I ensure the compliance of the IT Assets of the tribe to the IT Architecture target for PF Benelux (with the support of the IT Architecture COE)

  • I follow up the IT Budget of the Tribe for the change and the RUN Costs (with the support of the IT Governance COE)

  • I ensure transversality over the tribes in order to make the IT delivery organization more efficient. This need to be organized and anticipated by facilitating more interaction between all IT Tribe leads.

  • I manage the portfolio of initiatives and Opus, the dependencies with other tribes and stockholders and the escalation in case of.

  • I anticipate and manage the impediments that are occurring in the build and in the run of the IT assets, in tight coordination with other tribe and COE leads.

  • I ensure the direct management of the IT resources of the tribe

  • I am accountable of the Asset management process as described in the BNP Paribas rules : Asset identity, supplier management, skills matrix, security requirements, excellence in craftmanship, continuity aspects, TCO, data management, obsolescence, CMDB…

  • I support the Governance and the COE principles in terms of Governance, Risks and Tooling

  • I set indicators with the other IT Tribe leads to measure the performance of the tribe and I promote tech innovation in the products

  • I actively participate in the Life and Ceremonies of the the Tribe I belong to, constantly motivating our Agile Values and Principles

Your profile :

  • You have a master’s degree and have at least ten years of experience
  • You have the ability to motivate the Tribe (team) towards using Agile principles
  • You have in-depth knowledge of project management in agile mode
  • You like thoroughness and successful work
  • Solution oriented
  • You can take advantage of several great experiences.
  • You have an analytical mind and understand the issues.
  • You are organized and inspiring, you have experience of team management
  • You have knowledge of banking professions
  • You have an acute perception of the means and methods
  • You are positive in nature and have an active listening and synthesis capacity
  • You enjoy yourself in a dynamic context that requires energy and resistance to stress
  • You need to be fluent in English and if possible speaking one of the National Belgian language
