The Sales Associateparticipates in the realization of the store’s business objectives and guarantees optimal customer service under all circumstances, in alignment with the brand’s standards and values


1. Sales and customer service

  • Welcomes the customers and applies sales techniques.
  • Ensures the best "customer service" by focusing on the store’s "commercial procedures" (shopping experience, product and VM standards) and ensures that all procedures and objectives are met and that the company values are reflected.
  • Applies and transmits product knowledge to customers (materials, cuts, styles, etc.).
  • Actively contributes to the development of the KPI’s (IPT-APT-CR).

2. Teamwork

  • Works in collaboration with the management team and with the other team members.
  • Communicates openly and constructively with other team members and the management team.
  • Ensures the openings and closings of the store, the cash registers and the safe and has an excellent knowledge of the relevant procedures.

3. VM, Stock and Cash Operations

  • Ensures the availability of the merchandise on the shopfloor (unpacking, security) and participates in the refill according to the standards.
  • Participates in the visual presentation of the merchandise by applying the VM standards.
  • Participates in the movement of incoming and outgoing goods as well as all stock activities.
  • Participates in the financial procedures of cash receipts, returns, reimbursement, cash counting, banking and ensures a rigorous handling of the cash in the strict respect of the procedures.

  • Excellent salesperson.
  • Passion for customer service, at all times and understanding customer needs.
  • Passion for fashion and trends – staying on top of trends.
  • Organizational and teamwork skills.
  • Good communication, strong in human contacts.
  • Good understanding of the KPI’s.
